Xchanging plc (LSE: XCH), one of the largest and fastest growing global business processors, has successfully renewed a two year contract with a leading global payments, network and travel company in the USA to provide claims processing services. Xchanging has been providing services to this company since 1996.
As part of the contract renewal, Xchanging will continue to provide claims administration, corporate billing and enrollment services as well as tele-support helpdesk services. Xchanging will also continue to handle claims reporting and status as well as coverage enquiries on behalf of the customer. These services are provided out of Xchanging's processing centre in Solon, Ohio. Xchanging manages over 400,000 calls from both card members and rental car companies, and processes over 45,000 claims annually on behalf of the company.
