James Hay SIPP has added new enhancements to its online services, which will make transactions even easier for advisers and clients with self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs).

Advisers and clients who are registered with James Hay Online, a secure 24/7 Internet based service that enables SIPPs to be tracked and managed online, can access a new "Trade" section on www.jameshayonline.co.uk.

James Hay clients can now submit online dealing instructions for Select and Collect funds, a range of institutional and retail funds provided by UK fund managers. They will also have access to fund fact sheets containing performance information for these funds.

The new online services are available to all James Hay SIPP clients as long as they are registered to use James Hay Online.

Other benefits of the new enhancements include:
  • Buy new Select or Collect investments
  • Sell existing Select or Collect investments
  • Switch holdings within a fund range
  • Access fund fact sheets to assist in the selection process

Jan Regnart, Managing Director of James Hay SIPP Division said: "The new online enhancements are in response to the popularity of our eSIPP2 product which was launched at the end of last year. More and more transactions these days are completed online, and thanks to our new Trade section, they can be made quicker than ever. The easy-to-use online form ensures the necessary information is received from our advisers and clients in one go, meaning less time is spent clarifying ambiguous or incomplete dealing instructions."

The deal instructions are submitted as automated structured messages through James Hay Online, and the messages will clearly identify SIPP transactions and whether they are Select or Collect investments.
