What makes this solution different is that Kazkommertsbank customers can now engage in SMS or other ways of conversation with their bank, rather than being limited to receiving one-way alerts.

World-wide mobile banking usage is set to double over the next three years. According to Juniper Research, banks will be delivering mobile services to over 400 million customers by 2013, with already around 80 per cent of banks across the world offering some form of mobile banking.
