eFront, a leading software solutions provider for the financial industry, today announced that SVG Capital Plc (SVG), an international private equity investor and fund management business, has selected eFront's FrontInvest to support its private equity investment operations. FrontInvest is the leading European software suite for alternative asset management.

The solution will be used for SVG's private equity information management and analysis, as well as fund accounting, portfolio monitoring and performance reporting. FrontInvest will support many of the company's teams.
"eFront's web-based solution will allow the organisation to improve its private equity data management. It will enable us to capture more information and make it more widely accessible through the business, as well as effectively analyse and present it. It should also reduce duplicate work streams as it will address both the asset and financing sides of our products," said David Bagley, Head of Financial Operations. "eFront was selected following an extensive vendor selection exercise; we believe its FrontInvest solution to be one of the leading private equity data systems on the market today."
"We are very pleased to have SVG as a client and its selection of FrontInvest is testimony to the benefits that eFront's software solutions deliver," said Stuart Keeler, Managing Director, eFront Ltd. "As a leading provider in the UK, we are in a strong position to address the current market expectations for an integrated front-to-back private equity portfolio management system. We believe SVG's choice in favour of FrontInvest brings to eFront a prestigious reference in the private equity business."
