Rathbone Brothers Plc, a leading independent provider of investment and wealth management services for private investors, charities and trustees, has chosen Red Box, the leading independent specialist in voice recording, storage and retrieval, to supply a networked system across its eleven UK locations.

The solution meets the new FSA regulations requiring financial services organisations to update their telephone recording system policies and procedures. In addition Red Box supply a central storage facility which is designed with full replication and resiliency for disaster recovery, offering archive functionality and full back up across eleven locations.

Red Box provides comprehensive maintenance support with remote access functionality via its online service for those sites that do not have any in-house IT support. As Red Box solutions are VoIP enabled, the customer can implement VoIP recording with minimal additional cost as no upgrade or additional hardware is required.
