SRL Global, a technology partner to pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and large family offices, has recently announced that it has completed a £7.5m capital raise.
Following investment by Augmentum Capital (a fund backed by RIT Capital Partners Plc, the investment trust in which Jacob Rothschild is a substantial investor), and Revere Capital Advisors LLC (founded by ex-board members of Man Group plc), SRL Global will further accelerate its product development while delivering a market leading service to its clients.
Initially established in 2007 as a trading and technology joint venture with Man Group plc to develop a proprietary enterprise wide investment platform for the company, SRL Global was spun out by the management team as an independent operating entity in July 2009.
SRL Global offers a comprehensive, integrated, turn-key solution to Asset Owners and Asset Allocators focusing on bringing together four disparate but inter-related components of investment management: data extraction, data aggregation, data warehousing and data analytics.
These components are housed within the SRL Nexus Enterprise Suite that has been constructed to free SRL Global's clients from the burden of technology, allowing them to achieve high levels of visibility and control over their investments, at an unparalleled speed and cost without the need to engage in costly internal IT projects. SRL empowers asset owners and allocators, allowing them to make informed investment decisions driven by their own investment data.
