Red Box Recorders, the leading independent voice recording, storage and retrieval specialist has announced significant business wins with two market leading international banks in London and the Middle East.
The contracts were awarded following two comprehensive independent tender processes including a full technical evaluation and were sold through Red Box's partner Business Systems Ltd. Red Box Recorders will deliver a full voice recording solution with a view to looking at integrated multi-language voice analytics and call logging in phase two.
The solution will involve the recording of 600 front office channels and over 1000 back office channels across both organisations using concurrent licensing models. Both systems will be fully integrated with the existing technology - a marketing leading turret manufacture for the front office and Red Box will be recording back office staff using active VoIP recording technology.
