Focus Solutions, the leading provider of multi-channel distribution solutions to the financial services industry, is pleased to announce that the wealth management arm of one of the UK's largest banks, has successfully completed its implementation of focus:360° wealth management for its private banking advisers and support staff.
The retail bank selected focus:360° wealth management to provide fully integrated financial planning services to its clients as part of their overall private banking proposition. They took this strategic decision to assist their advisers with fostering longer relationships with their clients and also to increase revenue from the sale of financial planning products and fees from advice as part of the Retail Distribution Review.
The new solution, which includes financial planning, sales support and back office functionality, went live to the bank's advisers, front and back office support staff as well as a number of users across management, financial control and IT helpdesk (circa 100 users) this month. focus:360° wealth management will cover the end to end financial planning process from lead identification to sale as well as the servicing and review for all of the bank's UK Affluent and High Net Worth clients.
