The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) signed a contract for stock exchange data distribution with Swiss Carryquote that will offer its customers access to the WSE Main List data in real time.
CARRYQUOTE specializes in delivery of market data to mobile devices and offers, among others, stock exchange and FX data. At present it offers its customers data from several dozen stock exchanges.
After contract signing the number of stock exchange data distributors rose to 51, of which 32 are domestic entities, and 19 are foreign entities (from the United Kingdom, USA, Switzerland, France, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Slovakia).
Data distribution contracts with WSE are signed primarily by brokerage houses and news agencies, but the distributors also include Web portals and software developers that want to widen their offer by offering access to the WSE quotations.
Real time WSE data is available for almost 215 thousand subscribers in Poland and on all continents.
