OneMarketData signs Mapleridge Capital; names Louis Lovas director, solutions

OneMarketData, the leader in tick data management and analytics, today announced that Mapleridge Capital Corporation, an alternative investment management company that trades futures markets systematically, has selected OneTick CEP, the one solution for integrating the analysis of real-time streaming and historical market data, to support its quantitative strategy development.

Mr Lovas has provided technical leadership for the design and development of many enterprise products, including CEP and database and application server platforms primarily in the financial technology sector. For the past five years he has been the chief architect of the Progress Apama CEP platform, where he was responsible for shaping its strategic vision. He has been a leading voice in the industry on CEP technology and its use in capital markets, focusing on areas such as high frequency trading.
