The agreement allows Telvent to embed CQG trading functionality into DTN ProphetX to meet the increased demand from Telvent DTN's customers for professional futures trading software. Customers using the combined software will have access to CQG's Hosted Exchange Gateways for low-latency trading on more than thirty-five exchanges worldwide.

"Our partnership with Telvent provides us with a great opportunity to grow our customer base," said Mike Glista, Director of Order Routing at CQG. "DTN ProphetX customers will benefit from our direct, low-latency trading connections and global reach."

"The addition of CQG's trading platform to our existing array of innovative features and advanced analytics is the next step in our continuing drive to provide our customers the best possible trading tools," said Manuel Sanchez, Telvent's Chairman and CEO.

The next generation of Telvent DTN ProphetX should be available in the third quarter of 2010.
