Bill.com, the leader in paperless bill management and payment for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and CPA firms, today announced it has added the Bill.com application to the Google Apps Marketplace, Google's online storefront for Google Apps products and services.

Bill.com is a feature-rich web application that allows users to review, approve, pay and file invoices online. Customers can automate their entire bill workflow from receipt through payment and access all of the information they need to make better payment decisions anywhere, anytime. Users can now access Bill.com directly from Google Apps via single sign-on.

"Through the Google Apps Marketplace, software vendors like Bill.com are helping us build a rich ecosystem of integrated apps that work seamlessly with Google Apps, allowing users to realize the benefits of cloud computing in new ways," said Scott McMullan, Google Apps Partner Lead. "By enabling businesses to manage their bill workflow from receipt through payment online, Bill.com brings essential financial management capabilities to businesses using Google Apps."

Since 2006, Bill.com has been leading the way in helping SMBs save time and money by managing their bills and payments online, automating workflow and eliminating manual paper-based processes. Customers typically report over 50% savings in the time and cost of managing accounts payable through better multi-user collaboration, integration with their accounting and banking systems, and more efficient access to the information they need every step of the way.

"Bill.com is dedicated to saving businesses and their advisors time and money by ridding them of the burdensome manual, paper-based processes and data entry associated with managing their finances," said Rene Lacerte, CEO at Bill.com. "Google Apps customers know the benefits of moving their operations to the cloud and eliminating the headaches of on-premises systems. By adding Bill.com to the Google Apps Marketplace, we've made it extremely easy for Google Apps users to manage their entire day-to-day financial operations online while integrating with their accounting and banking systems."

The Google Apps Marketplace makes it easy for more than 2 million Google Apps customers to discover, purchase and deploy integrated business applications and related professional services. By integrating with user account and application data stored in Google Apps, these cloud applications provide a simpler user experience, increase business efficiency, and reduce administrative overhead.
