Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE:BR), a technology services company focused on the global capital markets, has selected BoardVantage to distribute board materials, enhance the efficiency of the Corporate Secretary's Office, and streamline its board process.

"Broadridge is at the vanguard of technology, not just in the products and services we provide, but also in how we use technology internally," said Adam Amsterdam, vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. "With a dispersed board, we looked for ways to improve timeliness and depth of our communications, while paying close heed to information security. BoardVantage matched our standards in all regards. We expect to use the full range of BoardVantage functionality to transform the way we communicate with our board members, all of whom are busy people whose time is uniquely valuable."

Joe Ruck, president and CEO at BoardVantage commented: "Broadridge is a marquee name in financial services outsourcing. It's a privilege to add them to our rapidly-growing list of technology clients."
