Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced at the XP2 Education and Technology Forum the launch of the TotaleAtlas application for the newly introduced Apple® iPad™. TotaleAtlas is the company's document preparation engine. The new application will give users a more portable way to complete, review and sign loan documents.

"We are very excited to offer the TotaleAtlas iPad application as another option for our customers as the trend of leveraging mobile technology to complete business transactions continues."

"Currently, community bank and credit union staff work with applicants to complete loan or account origination documents on a computer using TotaleAtlas, then print them out for the potential borrower to review," Nish Shah, CTO at IMM, explained. "The iPad application ensures that it is a truly paperless process because the applicant can review the documents on the tablet, sign directly on the iPad and electronically complete the process."

TotaleAtlas automates the space between a financial institution's core system and imaging application and creates secure, 128-bit encrypted, non-editable PDF documents with embedded signatures. Automating this process eliminates paper and manual processes, resulting in an accurate and uniform document process for increased productivity and reduced labor time and costs. The Universal Document Presentment (UDP) version is also available for non-integrated core processors and third party applications.

Another application developed by IMM for the iPad gives financial institutions the ability to send employees off site to open accounts and complete applications or other documents, have them signed and download them for archiving.

"Throughout our history, we have always invested heavily in our technology, ensuring that we lead the industry in both quality and innovation," Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM, added. "We are very excited to offer the TotaleAtlas iPad application as another option for our customers as the trend of leveraging mobile technology to complete business transactions continues."
