The offices were unveiled in the company's first-quarter review, which focused on Direct Debit Limited's exceptional performance since the start of the year. At the review, the company's senior management team revealed plans to open a research and development facility in Kosova and announced its intention to establish a Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) training academy in Hungary.

Direct Debit Limited grew rapidly in 2009. As a result, the company has acquired more office space in New Malden to accommodate further growth in 2010. A team of designers redesigned the offices to include more workspace, a training centre and better facilities for staff. Direct Debit Limited's managing director, Gerry Hill, says: "This move reflects our continued growth and our desire to provide top-class facilities for our employees and customers. It's a fantastic space for people to learn about the Direct Debit scheme from our experienced team of Direct Debit experts."

Direct Debit Limited will now offer Direct Debit scheme training at its headquarters. This is one of many additions to the company's extensive training portfolio. Direct Debit Limited is the first organisation to offer Direct Debit scheme training for service users and banks. This year, it has also created a SEPA scheme training course for organisations that want to conduct cross-border transactions. Building on the SEPA course, Direct Debit Limited revealed its plans to establish a SEPA training academy in Hungary. The company's European payments experts will deliver the course and offer consultancy on European payments projects.

In addition, Direct Debit Limited's product suite is set for similar growth. Following the success of leading payments platforms PayCentre® and Direct Debit expertTM, Direct Debit Limited's IT director Salih Mripa is set to establish a research and development facility in Pristina, Kosova. The company hopes to tap into the wealth of development talent in the area to work on new products.

The new offices in the UK and Europe form an important part of Direct Debit Limited's 2010 strategy. Moreover, the investment in these new facilities reflects the company's ambitions for the coming year.
