StonehamBank is a full-service community bank, headquartered in Stoneham, Mass. It is one of the first in its market to provide a spectrum of mobile banking and payment services that are available to virtually all of its customers.

Mobile customers can use a variety of different hand-held devices, from simple flip phones to PDAs, to access all of StonehamBank's mobile capabilities either by downloading the bank's mobile application onto their phone or accessing the application through their phone's Web browser. These users can check account balances, view mini-statements for recent activity, transfer money between accounts, pay bills and make last-minute payments. Customers can also take advantage of using text messaging to check their balances or receive alerts, even if their phones do not have Web browser access.
