IAG rolls out Microgen online wealth management system

Microgen Wealth Management Systems Limited ("Microgen") today announced that IAG, a Guernsey based specialist fund administrator, has implemented its online wealth management product Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 to improve client servicing and investor reporting.

Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 will provide IAG's clients with secure online interrogation capabilities that allow for smarter and more streamlined delivery of investor holding information.

IAG provides administration services to fund managers and promoters. Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 enables the rapid delivery of a highly secure, advanced online service, using state of the art security measures to ensure client protection. Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 will enable IAG to offer two tiered entry to fund information. Individuals will be able to log on to view their fund holdings using unique log in details. In addition, intermediaries will have access to their existing clients fund holdings, allowing them to address client queries promptly and more efficiently.

Microgen Hestia Version 2.0 supports multiple brands via one common infrastructure which is particularly important to IAG in providing third part administration services to multiple clients.
