(NASDAQ: FISV), Intelligent Managed Services Limited, today announced its service offering to the European market, combining the strength of the leading global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry with the operational expertise of some of the UK's leading banking professionals. As a result of the partnership, Fiserv takes a 5 percent equity stake in the company.

Through this relationship, Intelligent Managed Services offers a hosted version of the integrated Retail Banking Solution suite from Fiserv, including the SignatureTM bank platform and AperioTM, to financial services institutions across Europe. The offering - on a 'Software as a Service' (SaaS) basis - provides new entrants and existing financial institutions a faster and more cost effective route to market. This is especially attractive for those who do not wish to invest capital or time in establishing their own in-house platform.

The offering encompasses end-to-end Retail Banking services including online customer and account acquisition and servicing, with real-time KYC, scoring, and decisioning, which can significantly increase customer self service ability. The flexibility in this new offering allows financial services institutions to choose full customer life cycle management or any of the individual customer life cycle stages such as acquisition or servicing only.
