Ukash, the world's fastest growing online cash-payments company, follows its move into Latin America in 2009 with news of further expansion into Bolivia, in partnership with Rocalix S.A.

After its dramatic global expansion in 2009, this partnership with Rocalix S.A., marks the 30th country where Ukash is available. Ukash plans to roll out its fast-growing alternative payment solution to more countries across South America in 2010.

Consumers in Bolivia can now purchase vouchers in shops in major cities such as La Paz, Sucre, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba from Deligiro terminals. The shops provide services such as money transfer and a courier service and Ukash vouchers will be available in denominations of $20, $50 or $100 (USD).

With a unique 19-digit code from Ukash, the consumer will then be able to shop, pay and play online safely and without fear of credit card fraud.

Mark Chirnside, Chief Executive Officer, Ukash, said: "The addition of Bolivia to our international network is a very significant step for us, as South America is a market with huge potential for Ukash and e-commerce in general. Having launched in Uruguay last year, we know that our proposition is attractive to Latin American consumers, and we are looking to expand our customer offering further throughout the region."

Alvaro Nùnez, CEO of Rocalix S.A.: "Extending our partnership with Ukash in Latin America means providing our customers with better service and more convenience when shopping online. We look forward to working with Ukash to develop this joint venture further to eventually roll out the Ukash payment method across South America."
