The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today the appointment of a new member to its Board of Directors.
The newly appointed Director is John S. Willian, global co-head of Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Electronic Trading, and Futures at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Willian earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Willian replaces Mitchell Lieberman who has retired.
