The Oesterreichische Nationalbank, Vienna (OeNB) has chosen MSIT-EXIN, the innovative exceptions and investigations solution from MSIT - Management Solutions Information Technology GmbH, to automate the payments' exceptions and investigations business.

In addition to the SWIFT Ready Application Exceptions and Investigations Label, the multi-entity and scalability of the solution were major criteria to select MSIT-EXIN. MSIT's long expertise and excellent know-how were crucial for OeNB's decision to go for MSIT-EXIN.
OeNB will implement MSIT-EXIN in its back office. MSIT-EXIN provides OeNB with multi-channel management and user friendly functional coverage for optimising the exceptions and investigations process. Moreover, MSIT provides exceptions and investigations across multiple entities within this single state-of-the-art solution.
"Our major challenges are to automate the processing of all our payments' investigations with a single exceptions and investigations platform supporting multi-channel management. MSIT-EXIN was the best solution that met all of our needs, automating the payments' exceptions and investigations process, greater levels of customer service and the opportunity to establish SWIFT E&I in Austria for Target2 Transactions as well as Bulk Payments. " OeNB.
"MSIT-EXIN will help OeNB to garner the benefits of increased innovation and to create a groundbreaking investigations platform for SWIFT Exceptions and Investigations. This implementation package allows OeNB to process exceptions and investigations in a more affordable and manageable manner with seamless integration to in-house systems and rapid time to market."
