VeriFone appoints Brad Henske to board of directors
VeriFone, Inc., the leading provider of payment solutions, today announced the appointment of Brad Henske to the board of directors. Mr. Henske is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and administration of Intuit Inc. Founded in 1983, Intuit had annual revenue of nearly $1.9 billion in its fiscal year 2004.

Prior to Intuit, Mr. Henske was cfo of Synopsys Inc., a supplier of electronic design automation software from May 2000 until January 2003. Mr. Henske has also served as cfo at American Savings Bank, a partner at Oak Hill Capital Management, a partner at Robert M. Bass Group private equity investment firm, and at Bain & Company. He earned an MBA in finance and strategic planning from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in chemical engineering from Rice University.
