Financial Tradeware has been recently undergoing a period of consolidation after the acquisition of Swiss software firm BIP; the company is also currently migrating its product set to .NET with the assistance of a team of Microsoft developers. To deal with the requirements of new and existing customers Financial Tradeware has therefore begun a programme of expansion through the recruitment of experienced industry professionals. At present 2 senior developers (Richard Clarke, Claudio Antonini) and 1 software developer (Antonio Salomone) have been recruited along with an Office and Marketing Manager (Helen Runyard) and on a project basis, a senior consultant from Actuare Software (Charles Kilkenny) - the company is still looking for experienced Sales Managers to join in the UK.

Richard Clarke joins Financial Tradeware in the company's London office as a Senior Product Developer. Richard has over 16 years experience in programming and developing financial services software and systems, most recently at COR-STP Solutions (formerly 110) for 5 years. Richard will be responsible for the further development and support of Financial Tradeware's SWIFTPower solution; his Microsoft .Net experience is invaluable during the current migration programme.

At Financial Tradeware's Italian office Claudio Antonini has joined the company also as Senior Product Developer. Claudio is responsible for the development and support of the company's UltraSuite product set. He has over 15 years experience including time spent at Caridata - Gruppo Bancalntesa, BCT Systems and DPS Entry Systems in senior programming and analyst roles. Claudio is an expert in working with .NET technology and works closely with Microsoft. Working alongside Claudio will be Antonio Salmone, a software developer with experience gained from working both at financial institutions and software houses.

In addition to these 4 appointments, Charles Kilkenny from Actuare Software is working with Financial Tradeware on a project basis in order to enable Financial Tradeware customers to connect to FIX. Charles has over 20 years industry experience and has held project management and consulting roles at a wide range of companies including CIBC, Old Mutual, PaineWebber, Paribas and SWIFT.
