The new full-service office will include sales and client service teams dedicated to supporting all aspects of the Eze OMS.

Mr. O'Connor was most recently director of European Sales for ConvergEx's Eze Castle Software and is succeeded by Christopher Kyriakou. Mr. Kyriakou joins ConvergEx from Global View Software where he was director of Sales for Europe, Africa and the Mideast and was responsible for all regional strategic planning. At ConvergEx, Mr. Kyriakou is based in London and oversees all European Sales and Business Development for the Eze OMS. Prior to his time at Global View Software, Mr. Kyriakou spent eight years within Thomson Financial's Business Development and Sales force.

Both Mr. O'Connor and Mr. Kyriakou report to Mr. Sullivan.
