Due to the imminent opening of its fourth office in Latin America, GlobalCollect recently restructured positions at the helm of its regional offices.

This fall, Cynthia Zijlstra started as VP Business Development North America at the San Francisco office. Effective per January 2010, Shane Happach will start as VP Business Development Latin America at the Buenos Aires office, and Mark Fleming as VP Business Development EMEA at the Amsterdam-based headquarters. The Singapore office will continue to be lead by Simon Dewson, who has held the position of VP Business Development APAC since 2008.

Jan Manten, CEO of GlobalCollect, commented: "We are extremely pleased to have been able to fill each of these key positions internally. Cynthia, Shane, and Mark have all held senior roles within GlobalCollect previously and boast a track record of playing a crucial part in realizing our ambitious growth strategy. The same applies to Simon, who has successfully established GlobalCollect as a leading payment service provider in the APAC region. The Board has full confidence that the proven expertise, dedication, and acumen of Cynthia, Shane, Mark, and Simon will help GlobalCollect to continue its successful international expansion."
