This best-in-class combination of Pegasystems' industry leading BPM solution and Capgemini's full scope of consulting and IT services is expected to help clients transform business processes to drive greater efficiencies and improve customer service.
Capgemini and Pegasystems will now offer full end-to-end, global business process management solutions from upfront consulting, through deployment and ongoing services, fostering the business agility necessary to meet ongoing change requirements. The two companies have worked together for over three years in financial services, insurance and other industries in both North America and Europe.
As part of the alliance, Pegasystems' industry-specific framework solutions will be included in BPM services from Capgemini in the Customer Service, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and other markets.
