Eurobase Insurance Solutions, a leading independent software and services provider to the worldwide insurance and reinsurance markets, has joined forces with insurance messaging specialists TriSystems.
The partnership brings together Eurobase's expertise in underwriting business applications, through its Synergy product suite, and TriSystems' Universal Messaging Gateway, providing organisations with a single point of entry and exit for all electronic data communications.
This new partnership delivers the 'Synergy Gateway', a seamlessly integrated electronic trading solution connecting underwriters with their trading partners via electronic placing, accounting and claims handling across global markets. This straight through processing solution enables an insurance or reinsurance company to offer its distribution network new products and services more quickly and at significantly reduced costs. This will make it more efficient and easier to do business with around the clock.
Maryann Fitzgerald, Sales Director, Eurobase Insurance Solutions, comments, "In an increasingly competitive landscape, insurers are looking to maximise their market share by diversifying their product portfolio and business models through entry into new markets where localised competition may already have the lead. Synergy Gateway levels the playing field for international trading and has been built with extendability in mind. Already successful in the London Market we look forward to international expansion in the electronic trading arena and to working with TriSystems in this pursuit."
