Following its recent acquisition of Genisys Technology Ltd, Wealth Management Software plc (WMS) is pleased to announce the launch of its new business process management and document management software division.
The new division will provide a full range of services. On the document management side (through the Genisys product) it will provide consulting on software selection and implementation with the provision of a scanning service to convert hard copy files to an electronic document warehouse. A Business Process Design and Deployment Tool - enabling the user to map out a particular business process such as complex statement production in the banking world or extracting patient information from various disparate software systems in the healthcare sector. LISAR Orchestrate locates the desired information or data from multiple sources meaning that previously complex and time consuming business process can be executed from a single request from there onwards.
On the business process management side WMS has developed a groundbreaking new solution called LISAR Orchestrate which can be utilised in almost any industry sector and has already been installed in five client sites in just three months.
LISA Orchestrate features:
A Report Designer - ability to extract information and data from multiple sources from a pre-defined business process (executed via the Business Process Design and Deployment Tool). A report can then be compiled using the different sources of information and data with a 'drag and drop' approach.
Electronic Document Repository - Tightly integrated to the report designer it provides an 'electronic document library' which is securely available to employees with authorised access in whatever format they require.
