Mr. Lauritzen previously served as head of DST Global Solutions' consultancy services in North America. Prior to joining DST Global Solutions Mr. Lauritzen was director of business development for Mosiki Development, Inc. Mr. Lauritzen has nearly 20 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry focussing on operations and application development.

Mr Lauritzen will be responsible for strengthening DST Global Solutions' investment accounting solution in North America and will provide subject matter expertise to the region. Speaking about his appointment, Mr. Lauritzen commented, "I am excited to take on this new role in support of our investment accounting solutions in North America. Mr Lauritzen will report to David Wright, Global Head of Investment Accounting Solutions for DST Global Solutions. Commenting on the new appointment, Mr. Wright said, "I am extremely pleased to bring Mike on board to help meet the investment accounting needs of our North American clients.
