An example of the Fiserv core competency in payments, eiManager is an event-driven problem management system designed to receive, analyze, respond to and manage critical self-service device information. Using eiManager, Cardtronics looks to increase device availability, reduce costs and control spend management as they gain enterprise-wide reporting capabilities.
