GL Trade reshuffles management

GL TRADE announces the following several appointments within the group.

Christophe Dacre Wright – Deputy Director GL TRADE Americas
In order to reflect the acquisition of Davidge, and continue to strengthen the group's position in the USA, Christophe Dacre Wright, currently CEO of GL TRADE Paris South Europe, has been appointed as Deputy to Gérard Varjacques, CEO of GL TRADE Americas based in New York. His mission is to position GL TRADE as a significant player on US equities and options markets.

Laurent Breboin – CEO GL TRADE Continental Europe (PCE)
The Frankfurt Central Europe (FCE), Paris South Europe (PSE) and GL multimedia Business Units have been combined into a single business unit, GL TRADE Paris Continental Europe (PCE). Laurent Breboin, previously Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, will head the new Business Unit. Pablo Garmon, Director of GL TRADE's Madrid office, will be his deputy.

Patricia Regnault – Managing Director GL multimedia
GL multimedia is now run by Patric ia Regnault, previously Group Marketing Director. She will be responsible for the development of Buy-Side business in the region, drawing on the recently rejuvenated data distribution product offering to bring a return to growth in this segment.

Ina Hanisch - Group Sales and Marketing Director
Ina Hanisch moves from her position as CEO of GL TRADE Frankfurt Central Europe, to replace Laurent Breboin as Group Sales and Marketing Director. This direction is in charge of coordinating global accounts. It manages also at international level relations with financial markets. Ina Hanisch remains a Director of GLESIA.

Philippe Rapp – Strategic Development Director
A Strategic Development Division has been created, headed by Philippe Rapp. This department will help to identify and prepare new sources of growth for the group, both in terms of product development and acquisitions.
