Siemens Business Services acquires Serbian IT service provider IBIS-SYS

Siemens Business Services has acquired 96.67 percent of the shares of Serbian company IBIS-SYS A.D., Belgrade, as part of a public offering. With this takeover, the Siemens subsidiary is investing in the further development of business in Serbia and taking another step toward its goal of becoming one of the leading providers of IT services in the Southeastern European market. During fiscal 2004, IBIS-SYS generated sales of more than 10 million euros with 91 employees.
