Sophis, a leading provider of cross-asset, front-to-back portfolio and risk management solutions, today announced that it has appointed Nicola Hamilton as its new marketing director.
Nicola has 16 years' experience working in public relations, corporate communications and marketing, both in-house and with agencies.
Nicola joins Sophis from Temenos, where she was group marketing director. She joined Temenos when it acquired Financial Objects, where she was also group marketing director. Prior to that, Nicola was senior marketing manager for Northern Europe at TIBCO Software; senior programme director at marcoms agency Write Image; and senior marketing manager at Commerce One. Nicola began her career as a commercial executive with the British Embassy in Paris and is fluent in French.
