Bank of Georgia deploys Softscape human resources system

This multi-million dollar, multi-year contract will enable Bank of Georgia to maximize its workforce potential by utilizing a fully automated human resource (HR) system.

Bank of Georgia has experienced extensive growth over the past few years in its business and employee base and needed to replace a disconnected and manual paper-based process that caused significant administrative overhead.
