Aconite, a leading provider of software and consulting services for managing business applications on chips in smart cards, tokens or mobiles, today announced the appointment to its Board of Mike Schnaus, Vice President of Corporate Development at Datacard Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mike Schnaus has been with Datacard for over 11 years and, in total, has over 25 years of Corporate Development experience with both public and private corporations in a wide range of industries. Mike focuses primarily on international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic initiatives.
