London Metal Exchange board member Michael Hutchinson resigns

The London Metal Exchange has today confirmed that Michael Hutchinson has stepped down from his LME Board positions.

His resignation from the LME Boards coincides with his decision to leave RBS Sempra, the LME Category 1 member.

Michael has been a major contributor to the LME for many years through his various Board and Committee positions, and the LME wishes him all the best for the future.

The LME will now hold elections for a Category 1 shareholder representative director for the LME Holdings and Limited Boards, to be scheduled in accordance with the LME's articles.
