Under the program, existing clients of RTS who do not yet trade on NYSE Arca Europe can quickly and easily gain low latency access to the market and benefit from sponsorship by RTS and the MTF of key technology costs.

NYSE Arca Europe provides high-speed access to the most liquid European stocks from 11 countries. RTS, one of the leading providers of direct access to European equity markets, offers connections to more than 100 equity, futures, fixed income and options marketplaces globally. The firm also offers hosting services for low-latency access to multiple markets via its global data
center hubs.

NYSE Arca Europe and RTS will ensure a fast, cost-efficient software license process for firms to trade via RTS' high-performance trading solutions on NYSE Euronext's Universal Trading Platform on which NYSE Arca Europe runs. Participating firms will also be able to deploy the offering quickly in a fully hosted environment for low latency access from the RTS data center hub in London or from their own premises. The program is open to those clients not currently connected to NYSE Arca Europe in the RTS data center.
