Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), a company that specializes in providing core processing and imaging software applications for in-house and ASP environments for financial institutions and provides 24/7 support services, announced that in an effort to support its growth and better serve customers, the company has enhanced the efficiency in all of its data center operations and office facilities and centralized some portions of its United States operations.

"We have offices located in Texas, Chicago and Denver," Mike Golebiowski, president at IBT, said. "Our corporate offices, located in Texas, will also be the central hub of all disaster recovery operations with 30 minute total recovery capacity for all data center operations. Development of our flagship product, Integrated Bank Environment (IBE), will also be done from this location. The Denver offices will continue to provide support personnel and development staff of key product functionality within IBE. All data center operations will be consolidated in the Chicago office, along with key support and installation personnel. Dividing our internal operations and maintaining a strategic presence throughout the country allows us to better leverage our resources and the expertise of our employees and focus on quality of service and quick response to changes for our customers. Additionally, we worked closely with our communications service provider to provide cost effective connectivity to our MPLS cloud infrastructure to ensure all communication is seamless."

All three offices have moved to new state-of-the-art facilities. The Chicago office, strategically located by O'Hare airport, has been consolidated on to one level, delivering immediate operational efficiency gains. The technology center was custom designed to meet the power and cooling needs of a data center class environment, keeping in line with the company's overall disaster recovery and business continuity objectives.

"All of our acquisitions to date have helped us strategically establish a strong regional presence and now, as many companies are turning to technology to position themselves to endure the current economic downturn, we are continuing to expand our operations and are seeing an increase in our customer base," Golebiowski added. "IBT looks forward to providing the innovative solutions cost effectively for community financial institutions who are seeking innovation and new technology to maintain a competitive edge on the marketplace."
