Swiss InCore Bank AG has decided to implement the integrated investment management system Xentis of Profidata.

InCore newly also acts as a custodian according to Swiss collective investment law (KAG). Next to the present function as transaction bank, the company now also takes on specific tasks for fund managers, custodians and pension funds. The deployment of XENTIS as integrated system guarantees a high and constant service quality and efficiency.

Mr. Jack Hertach, CEO InCore Bank AG, comments on the decision as follows: "InCore delivers its services highly automated according to the industrial approach and uses standardised processes, as well as an efficient system platform. It was evident that the new service offerings in fund administration could only be covered by a leading, integrated investment management system. The track record of XENTIS matched our requirements exactly, as it has proven itself with the German master investment companies. Next to the flexibility and forward looking system architecture, the simplicity was most convincing. XENTIS is easy to use. Furthermore the collaboration in the implementation project is uncomplicated and shows that the complex fund business can be easily represented by XENTIS."

Christian Widmer, CEO and president of the board of Profidata, is particularly happy about this project: "InCore Bank AG has been using e-AMIS of Profidata for many years now. We're very happy that InCore is extending the successful collaboration by introducing XENTIS. XENTIS is used internationally and covers the most complex requirements of various European countries. As a Swiss company we develop our software products solely in Urdorf. This way we can also ideally support InCore with the setup of the very first Swiss sourcing offer which is based on an integrated system for the fund business.

InCore Bank AG, Swiss Banking Services, as the first independent Swiss corporation with a banking and securities dealer license, offers comprehensive banking services for other banks and securities dealers. In addition to providing securities trading, processing and completition of securities transactions and custody (incl. corporate actions), payment services and information regarding reporting to authorities and customers, the InCore Bank AG is also operating and servicing the entire IT infrastructure. The ultramodern technology platform of the InCore Bank AG with its high interface compatibility and connection to a sizable network of Swiss and international trading centres forms the basis of its broad service offer. InCore Bank AG is a subsidiary of Maerki Baumann Holding AG, Zurich.
