Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has named David Reynolds director of Sales for its Indirect Lending business unit.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services provides regulatory intelligence, policy management, process management, and oversight to help financial services organizations address their compliance needs.

In his new role, Reynolds will be responsible for overseeing and directing all sales functions within the company's Indirect Lending business unit, which provides compliance tools and services to auto, marine and RV dealers, and the lenders that serve them.

Reynolds joins Wolters Kluwer Financial Services from Wells Fargo Auto Finance, where he was south divisional vice president of Sales. Prior to that position, he held regional and area sales manager roles at Wells Fargo Auto Finance. Earlier in his career, he served as a dealership sales manager, finance director and business development manager within the retail automotive industry. Reynolds studied business and education at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services' Indirect Lending offerings include AppOne, technology that automates indirect lending, credit approval and compliance processes, while helping connect dealers with lending sources. The company also provides a complete selection of forms and documents to support the financing of motor vehicles and goods and services, such as recreational vehicles and watercraft.
