Today NetDeposit, a leading provider of distributed payment solutions, announced the availability of its newest remote deposit capture client, NetCapture Receivables.
As a Web-based coupon and check capture application, NetCapture Receivables is ideally suited for businesses that receive check payments as well as payment coupons and/or check stubs for processing. Unveiled today at the TAWPI 2009 Forum and Expo held in Washington, D.C., NetCapture Receivables is being demonstrated at the NetDeposit booth, number 211.
"Built upon the same platform as our established NetCapture products, NetCapture Receivables further extends RDC's promise of convenience, efficiency and speed, coupled with the ability to capture the payment data critical to many businesses for accounts receivable processing," said Chris Styga, EVP and general manager of NetDeposit's Financial Services Solutions Group. "This is an attractive addition to our solution mix. Our current financial institution customers are eager to implement NetCapture Receivables with their business clients and we anticipate this being an essential solution for treasury management groups at many financial institutions."
With a common capture and reporting platform, NetCapture Receivables provides full function coupon capture processing, intelligent character recognition, MICR table look-up and cross reference, combined with the added convenience of RDC for depositing the associated check payments. Additionally, this product has the ability to import the data captured from the receivables coupon into accounting software packages, such as QuickBooks, facilitating automatic updating of all associated accounts receivable information. CSV format export files are also supported for use with accounting software packages other than QuickBooks.
