Innovation Group, outsourcing and solutions provider to the global insurance and automotive industry, today announces the UK's first implementation of Innovation Symbility, a pioneering mobile and wireless claims management software solution, with RSA Insurance Group plc.
Innovation Symbility will allow RSA Insurance to provide their customers with a more time efficient and cost effective claims experience.
Innovation Symbility provides insurers and loss adjustors with an accurate and streamlined way of managing property claims from the start of the process to the end, shortening the claims cycle and ensuring operational efficiency. In addition, a web portal enables all participants of any claim to view its progress, increasing transparency and enhancing customer experience.
Innovation Symbility is based on three main software platforms:
- Triage - enables non-building experts to scope claims accurately and provide adjustors with an accurate picture of the claim before their first visit
- Symbility.net - a data management hub that records and tracks all claims data, including supplier information and reporting on claims and customer effectiveness
- Mobile Claims - fully joined up mobile claims management that automatically syncs with back office information, sharing of case information and eliminating replicated data and reducing errors
Hassan Sadiq, Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Group, commented: "We understand how important it is for our customers to increase efficiencies and provide their customers with costs savings, especially in the current economic climate. We are delighted to be working with RSA to provide them with a seamless, automated and time-saving solution which will help them outperform their competitors in the marketplace."
Steve Maddock, UK Technical Claims Director at RSA, said, "This new service will enable us to answer our customers' needs quicker, more efficiently and at a better cost. We will drive quality into all elements of our operation, reduce our costs and improve our overall customers' claims experience."
