IBC Bank has launched its newly redesigned Web site featuring additional user-friendly services and increased capabilities to its customer base.

Blue Clover, a strategy and design firm based in San Antonio, and BT, an information technology consulting firm based in Dallas, designed and developed an interactive, more advanced site aimed at enhancing the overall internet banking experience. "IBC Bank has been at the forefront of providing our customers with the most advanced, hi-tech applications," IBC Chairman and CEO Dennis E. Nixon said. "The new site is evidence of our commitment to provide customers with the tools and added convenience for their financial needs."

Blue Clover and BT worked with IBC's management team to enhance the internet experience by incorporating new technologies and tools including tutorials and demos for better site navigation. In addition to upgrading existing features, the Web site was streamlined to allow for added convenience when accessing account balances, researching account transaction history, transferring money between accounts, paying bills and searching for nearby IBC branches and ATMs. The Web site also features a login link from the homepage for the bank's commercial IBC Link users, allowing for the efficient process currently utilized by IBC's retail users.

Based on feedback from its customers, IBC has increased convenience measures for customers, aiming to drive online interaction by including personalization via Web 2.0. The site features a FreeZone where online users can view the bank's latest promotions as well as learn about the free services IBC has to offer. Additionally, the site is home to a new careers section where visitors can download an application to become an IBC team member. Online users can also get the latest news and information on IBC's community activities, service offerings and success stories while visiting the news and announcements section on the site.

The redesigned Web site is one of many measures IBC has taken to 'do more' to add to its customers' banking experience. IBC continues to make banking convenient by offering seven-day banking, branches that are open late and access to a wide variety of products and services free of charge.
