Optial announced today that the Bank of England has selected Optial's Audit Management module from the Optial Operational Risk Management platform, to support its internal audit processes.

Chris O'Brien, CEO of Optial, said "Internal Audit departments are fundamental in helping organisations achieve their stated objectives. To do this, a robust and secure system is essential to support a systematic methodology for tracking and managing audits, findings, recommendations and agreed management actions, across a diverse organisation structure. We are delighted that the Bank of England has selected our flexible, workflow-enabled Optial platform to automate the Bank's strong internal audit processes and streamline their audit reporting."
