TrygVesta signs for Portrait CRM software

Portrait Software has been selected by TrygVesta to provide an integrated suite of customer marketing software applications to run its customer relationship programs.

The Portrait suite's proven capability, functionality, integration and ease of use were key to winning the contract in March 2009

TrygVesta is the second-largest general insurer in the Nordic region with activities in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. With circa 4,000 employees, 2.2 million private customers and over 100,000 business customers its aim is to be perceived as the leading peace-of-mind insurance provider to the Nordic region. The ability to deliver personalised one-to-one marketing campaigns is essential so that the right offer can be made to the right customer at the right time.

TrygVesta in Norway has been using Portrait Campaign Manager since 1996 to manage the renewal process and run special campaigns, for example telemarketing campaigns to promote car insurance. However, the holding company (based in Denmark) was using a number of different suppliers, outsourcing their campaigns and using SAS for analytics. TrygVesta was therefore looking to source an integrated tool that it could use internally to run all of its marketing programs across the group.

Portrait Campaign Manager, combined with the integration of a sophisticated analytics capability, is an all-encompassing solution enabling us to plan and execute across multiple channels (email, telephone and web), and all from a trusted local supplier," she added.

Portrait Software is providing a 1.3 million customer row licence with the potential for an extension to cover growth up to 2 million rows for the combined products: Portrait Campaign Manager, Portrait Customer Analytics and Portrait Uplift Optimizer.
