The real-time market data feed from the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange ("KASE") is now available to investors across the globe via the Bloomberg Professional service.

With this development, Bloomberg users can access KASE real-time trading quotes, pricing and corporate information. Bloomberg is the first vendor to carry KASE data.

"The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange development strategy to promote integration of Kazakhstan's securities market into the global financial system is greatly enhanced by the availability of KASE real time market data via Bloomberg. The initiative will promote a further increase in visibility and transparency of our market," said Mr. Azamat Zholdasbekov, President of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

"The Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) brings together 32 stock exchange members under the same roof. We attach great value to visibility and transparency, and Bloomberg, as one of our leading sponsors, has made an invaluable contribution in this respect, by adding real time data from three FEAS member exchanges in the last three months, most recently Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. I am confident that global exposure for developing exchanges through Bloomberg's global network will help uncover new opportunities for investors," said Mr. Huseyin Erkan, Chairman of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges.

"Bloomberg is the first vendor to offer the global distribution of real time data from Kazakhstan. This addition reinforces Bloomberg's commitment to work with new and upcoming venues and to offer the widest possible choice of data venues for our users," said Gerard Francis, Bloomberg's head of Global Emerging Markets.
