Powerful new features have been added to the latest version of Market-Q to enable users to more easily analyze and manage their investments, including a new and innovative workspace design that provides templates for setting up new pages and gives users the ability to easily share symbol lists between pages and share workspaces with other users.

This fully hosted, Java-based market data terminal helps manage bandwidth costs by eliminating additional requirements for on-site technology infrastructure such as servers, circuits and routers, while offering complete Internet accessibility.

In addition to adding new features, Interactive Data has greatly enhanced tools that already existed within the service. Users are now able to view more detailed quotes with more than 125 available fields of information on a particular instrument. New fields include dividend data, moving averages, condition flags, and status flags, and the field set automatically changes based on the symbol type, such as stocks, futures or mutual funds. Also, the research tool has also been enhanced, providing a broader spectrum of information about specific companies as well as general market information.
