The incorporation of Java technology allows further user choice in how TimeScape's powerful data management, systems connectivity and scaleable pricing analysis functionality is deployed across the enterprise.
Complimentary to the recently released TimeScape SOAP/XML web services technology, the Java API allows even easier deployment of application functionality across multiple operating systems and hardware platforms such as Sun Solaris Unix and all variants of Linux.
Brian Sentance, managing director, Xenomorph, comments: "The addition of the Java API extends our already comprehensive technology coverage and will enable our clients to select the most appropriate deployment methods for their users' needs. Against a background of strong competition between Java and .NET technologies, Xenomorph remains committed to providing its clients with the widest possible choice of deployment technology."
TimeScape has been designed to increase the efficiency of enterprise data management by integrating multiple data sources and providing simple, but highly powerful tools for retrieving and analysing large volumes of financial markets data.
TimeScape provides a truly effective framework for enhancing straight through processing levels and addressing key risk management issues such as the introduction of Basel II.
