Jack Henry & Associates (Nasdaq: JKHY), a leading provider of integrated technology solutions and data processing services for financial institutions, today announced a joint program between its ProfitStars division and Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) that will facilitate the sale, installation, and support of ProfitStars' Remote Deposit Capture solution.

Pitney Bowes Inc. is a global mailstream technology company that provides a comprehensive suite of postal meter hardware and software solutions and services. Just as the company has revolutionized mailing by enabling businesses to buy postage online, it is now revolutionizing how businesses process check payments and make deposits with its new Click Deposit(TM) Service. Click Deposit is an innovative solution powered by ProfitStars' feature-rich payment processing platform that includes production-proven remote deposit capture solutions that are compatible with high-volume businesses, low-volume micro businesses, and individual consumers. Click Deposit, which will be marketed to Pitney Bowes' large base of postal meter users, will enable businesses to scan checks automatically, balance deposits, enter any missing information and make necessary MICR repairs, and send the funds to their financial institution. For one low price, businesses can streamline check processing using this powerful check scanning solution.

According to Rob Goldberg, vice president of Global Strategy and Development for Pitney Bowes, "We chose ProfitStars based on the richness of its platforms and we believe have that we established an outstanding, mutually beneficial partnership. We expect our combined solution to solve a problem that exists in the market with businesses that are not taking advantage of RDC. The Click Deposit Service will greatly enhance convenience for these businesses by making it extremely easy to make deposits remotely in a completely secure environment that provides instant visual records of all deposited checks, expedites funds availability, and provides seamless links to accounting systems like QuickBooks."

David Foss, president of ProfitStars, said, "We are very excited about our relationship with an industry leader like Pitney Bowes. We formed this partnership to help financial institutions deploy remote deposit capture to more of their business customers. Our turnkey approach will help diverse financial institutions increase deposits and deploy remote deposit capture to business customers without sales, installation, hardware, or support costs. At a time when businesses are aggressively looking for ways to maximize their limited resources and improve operating efficiencies, we expect the competitively distinct Click Deposit solution will be especially attractive."
