Streamer for CUSIP was developed with the support of CUSIP Global Services (CGS), managed by Standard & Poor's on behalf of the American Bankers Association.

Streamer for CUSIP offers simple and rapid integration of the CUSIP service into any destination application or database, as well as processing of additional data management rules such as validation and enrichment. The CUSIP Master Service offers 9-character identification codes and reference data for more than 8 million financial instruments worldwide. CUSIP is the industry standard classification code used by financial institutions and exchanges around the world.

Significantly reducing the time and effort required to integrate the CUSIP Master File Service, Streamer is a pre-built module incorporating all files and formats, standards and rules related to the feed. It is a plug-in for Volante Designer, a powerful metadata-based tool which automates code development for any destination on any platform, including home-grown systems. Integration to the destination is designed in a familiar spreadsheet-style interface with easy-to-use formulas for a variety of data management operations.
